Shipping Information

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
If you are located outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by our fulfillment partners (FedEx, DHL, or GLS).

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Delivery within Germany

  • Flat rate: 3,99 € per order

  • Free shipping for orders over 50 €

Delivery within the European Union (except Germany)

  • Flat rate: 7,99 € per order

Delivery to the United States

  • Orders under 1 kg: 19,99 € flat rate

  • Orders over 1 kg: 24,99 € flat rate

  • Customs Duties/Import Taxed may be charged by fulfillment partner 

Delivery to the Rest of the World (e.g. South America / Asia)

  • Orders under 1 kg: 9,99 € flat rate

  • Orders over 1 kg: 49,99 € flat rate
    (Sorry, but we currently do not have more attractive conditions to ship packages over 1 kg worldwide.)

  • Customs Duties/Import Taxed may be charged by the fulfillment partner 

Delivery Times

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Germany: ~1–3 business days

  • Europe: ~3–10 business days

  • USA / Canada: ~5–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: delivery times may vary depending on local conditions
